
It’s ok to make mistakes.
It’s ok if you haven’t reached your goals yet.
It’s ok if you don’t have the job you want.
Life is about the journey, not the destination. Don’t focus on getting to the finish line. Once you get to the finish line there will be a new race with a new finish line. There will always be something to strive for. You’ll miss out on life, If you allow yourself to be distracted by only focusing on the future. Give yourself space to enjoy your current mental, physical and spiritual state. There’s nothing wrong with wanting more or wanting to grow but you also should enjoy the present moment. You can never get that moment back.
We often judge ourselves from the perspective of how others want us to be. We even take on their thoughts as though they are our own. Give yourself space to be the person you are at this moment. Don’t think about the past or future. Don’t think about what you wish you could change about yourself or your current situation. Tell yourself “I AM Perfect ”. We are all made in the creator likeness. Don’t allow anyone to make you think you should be more than what you are at this moment.

Others can form opinions but we don’t have to accept their thoughts. You have a choice on what you will accept in your life. Choose to accept that which comes from within you. It may mean stepping away from everything you know in order to detox your mind. We can be so caught up in our programmed thoughts that we can’t see the real truth.
Taking a break from your normal routine is the best way to detox your mind. That could include temporarily stepping away from social media, friends, or even family. It’s hard to see the entire picture from inside the painting. Stepping away gives you a different perspective. I can say 100% that it took me stepping away from my entire world to see I was living in someone else’s truth. While I was in isolation I saw my thoughts about myself were not true. My thoughts about God were not my truth. My thoughts about the world were not true. I changed who I was at my core while I was in isolation. I became ok with the idea of just being. Just existing. I didn’t need any goals to work towards. I was in bliss knowing I was being my pure authentic self.
It’s ok to take time for yourself and reconnect with your inner being.
It’s ok to be original.
It’s ok to not live in fear.
It’s ok to be happy without there being a reason.
It’s ok to be OK!

Find a way to look at the bigger picture
